Astrology Of The June 2019 Full Moon: Boisterous And Anesthetized
Any Full Moon is a time when one should pause and consider before taking bold action or lashing out at someone. This month’s Full Moon, however? You may want to double down on the caution.
This Full Moon is exact at 4:30 AM Eastern Time on Monday. Any Full Moon can usually be felt twelve hours before and twelve hours after it is exact, but you might find that you’re feeling this one extra early. That’s because before the Moon completes the opposition to the Sun, it will be conjunct Jupiter and square Neptune.
The Jupiter-Neptune square is exact this month. That aspect has been making people’s beliefs confused and disoriented all year long, and adding the energy of a Full Moon to it increases the odds of someone or something being terribly misunderstood. Even at the best of times, a Full Moon can make for interpersonal explosions. You’re going to want to take some extra precautions this time around.
Having said that, Moon conjunct Jupiter is normally a happy and boisterous time. Moon square Neptune, even though it’s a square aspect, can feel pretty good too… a bit like anesthesia. And since it’s fair to say that the Moon is the planet of the Zodiac has the most to do with regulating our mood? You might want to think carefully about the potential consequences of being “boisterous and anesthetized.” Transiting Mars is still opposite Saturn and Pluto. That makes the potential perils of that conjunction more likely to be triggered.
Imagine you’re on an airplane and shortly after takeoff the pilot comes on and announces that he is feeling boisterous and anesthetized… and the plane is about to hit a storm front. This is probably not going to be a flight you are going to enjoy.
After the Full Moon is exact, it will be Void of Course until the morning. That means that any actions you commence after the exact Full Moon are less likely to turn out as anticipated. Therefore, as your astrologer, you have my permission to stay at home Sunday and Monday… possibly hiding under the bed.
