Mars Descendant Line in Astrology

Mars on the Descendant is rough. Violence, antipathy, arguments, fights, disagreements, and abrasiveness mark the general experiences on this line. A sense of being solo, or inability to make lasting or deep friendships is also common. Attractiveness, on the other hand, is higher on this line than most other planets on this angle. Attractiveness means just that – attracting attention even when you’re not trying, and mostly attracting those who want to challenge you, “teach you a lesson”, or overpower you, but also those who find you sexually appealing. A stay on the Mars/DC line could feel alienating.

It’s a good line for sexual passion, one-night stands, sexual conquests, and short-term relationships. Long term relationships can work, but only when there’s a balance between both partners, where there is cooperation instead of competition. Whatever your gender, you will attract more male attention. It’s also a good line for stepping up a physical challenge, improving one’s stamina, and precision through more easily – almost effortlessly – finding stronger or more challenging partners.

Female’s menstrual cycles may either be menorrhagic or amenorrheic. Body fat percentage can swing in ways to cause hormonal disruption that leaves a permanent impact. Hair might grow in places you’d prefer not to have hair, such as your chin, jaw, upper lip, stomach, chest, and midway down inner thighs. For men, there is a chance of hair loss from the head and if you’re genetically predisposed to baldness, it can occur faster on this line.

If you’re into military, police, or athletic training or being trained, this line can benefit you. A permanent stay is not recommended.

Anger as a reaction is the order of the day. Legal concerns are not in your favor. The world seems like a hostile place.

East is cadent and lends to a better ability to attenuate the negative energy. For males it bestows a better focus on health. For females, it helps to reduce fatal attractiveness.

West is angular and may amplify issues with anger, violence, break ups, and accidents, but it is good for one to temporarily train for physically challenging events.
