The nation’s infrastructure is crumbling. Even if millions, billions, trillions of dollars are spent, retiring Baby Boomers and Gen X construction trade workers will significantly worsen a growing skilled labor shortage leaving public investment to rebuild America a noble goal but not shovel ready.
