BREAKING! Astrologers caught in TAX FRAUD SCANDAL!

NCGR found guilty in arbitration

It is with my deepest regret, that as an astrologer I have been forced to reveal this utmost tragic and terrible news, protected by the Whistleblower Act.

As many of you know, I, Joseph Milnes, have been in a very long legal battle with the National Council for Geocosmic Research Inc. regarding a website development contract gone awry when the Geocosmic Council decided to engage in several material breaches, contract fraud, insurmountable slander about AstroloGeeks and myself personally, as well as evidence tampering when the arbitration was commenced and unjustly enriching themselves off the software that they didn’t pay for.

To this day, we are nearing the end of only the second of many legal battles we intend on bringing upon the Geocosmic Council and its officers. We are also intending on bringing some officers from the International Society for Astrological Research, and ultimately Astrolabe Inc. to justice as well for other crimes surrounding the conduct and corporate connections the Geocosmic council engaged in during the initial contractual dispute in 2020.

During this dispute, I have become privy to extremely hard evidence against the National Council for Geocosmic Research. During the arbitration, the Geocosmic council made an egregious claim that AstroloGeeks cost them thousands of dollars in SALES.

Let that sink in, because the Geocosmic Council is a non-profit organization established in Massachusetts. For-profit activity such as membership sales, mp3 sales, webinar sales etc, are all for-profit activity according to the IRS, and are ILLEGAL, and such activity is NOT TAX EXEMPT! If that doesn’t make you bite your nails, this will:

The National Council for Geocosmic Research Inc. has been fraudulently reporting to the IRS for over 10 years under its current EIN that it has been making less than $50,000 a year in order to not report income, whilst simultaneously, having told AstroloGeeks and the American Arbitration Association in a legally binding arbitration during the documentary hearing, that from 2018 to 2019 they made $55,993 in membership sales alone, over $9,500.00 in mp3 sales and around $$23,996 in chapter sales ALONE!

NCGR's slanderous claim of reported loss in Arbitration with AstroloGeeks

Whistleblowers from within the organization have also handed us over internal emails where the Geocosmic council acknowledges their “corporate culture” and continues to assert the need to push more sales, we have also seen internal documents showing that the officers of the organization are also personally profiting from the assets and income made from the non-profit organization. This explains to me, as CEO of AstroloGeeks and acting as the legal representative of the company, that this is the primary motive for why the Geocosmic council did not want to spend any more money than they budgeted for the website.

We have also reported to the IRS the big elephant in the room, the connections, on paper, between the heads of Astrolabe [the makers of Solar Fire] and two non-profit organizations that are both promoting Solar Fire but are vehemently against competition, and having been the heads of the Geocosmic council while luring AstroloGeeks into a fraudulent contract in an attempt to eliminate us as competition. Armand Diaz was not the President of NCGR when we signed the contract, Joyce Levine was, and Madalyin Hilis-Dineen was the registered agent.

We have reported this tax fraud to the IRS about a week ago and we will be cooperating with the IRS to properly conduct its investigations and audits to correct this theft conducted on the people who trusted them and believed them, including the taxpaying public at large. AstroloGeeks prevailed in the arbitration in 2020 because we believe in being truth seeking astrologers with integrity, responsibility, merit, and seek to be the best we can be. However we have been forced to remain silent and have patience as we waited for the astrology to be right for the timing of this reveal. We also believe in paying our taxes and building a community established on trust, where people know they won’t run into this kind of behavior that is capable of completely ruining astrology and the title of Astrologer, in its already delicate and fragile state of being in these times.

In order for astrology to become mainstream again, Astrologers need to understand that there is an unusually high standard of ethics you assume when becoming a practicing astrologer. Issues like fraud, privacy, and honesty are deeply connected with the general expectation of being an astrologer. Astrologers are seen as the priest class of the new age spiritual community, and need to respect that assumption that people are placing on them with dignity and humility.

These kinds of behaviors will not be tolerated by AstroloGeeks or it’s employees. We strongly encourage you to come forward with any information regarding material fraud [contractual or financial], abusive behavior and privacy violations such as leaking your birth information or sharing something private that was said between you and an astrologer on or off a reading.

Stay tuned for updates on this case as we plan on revealing all of the evidence from both the arbitration and current appeal claim and all the supporting evidence we submitted to the Internal Revenue Service,
