Jupiter Is About To Hit Britney Spears, Baby, One More Time

There was a time in the past when you couldn’t spend long within earshot of a TV or radio without hearing the name Britney Spears. But what is she up to now? As a Sagittarius, we should probably not be too surprised that Jupiter has the answer.

Britney, (born December 2nd 1981, 1:30 AM, McComb Mississippi) was one of the biggest names in entertainment in the late 1990s and the 2000s. This week marks the 20th anniversary of the release of her first single, Baby One More Time, which went platinum in numerous countries, spawned what was voted best video of the 90s, and has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.

The day that single was released, the Sun was conjunct her natal Jupiter, and she was getting several strong aspects to her Moon in Aquarius, which is the ruler of her Midheaven. Unfortunately for Britney, this time was also near the beginning of Pluto’s trip through Sagittarius. During that time Pluto passed over her Mercury, Sun, and Neptune, and many of you will recall that the years from 1998 to 2008 were largely a mess for her, bringing a lot of turmoil and flat-out personal life craziness along with the success.

In the last few years she hasn’t made that much of a splash in the popular media. So is she done? Not at all. She may have not have been on the charts, but she has been doing her live show in Las Vegas since late 2013, and recently (after having Jupiter pass through her 2nd House of money for a year) surpassed Celine Dion as the most successful female performer in Las Vegas history.

If you are looking for new chart-topping material from her, don’t be surprised if something turns up in the next year. Jupiter will soon enter Sagittarius and will spend a year passing over all the planets that Pluto messed with back in the previous decade. This could be a real chance for her hit the charts again, as all those Sagittarius planets are in her third house, which has a strong association with the voice and singing. Don’t be too surprised if by the end of 2019 she’s in the headlines all over again.
