The July Lunar Eclipse Conjunct Pluto: Can We Have A Word In Private?
Hey, you. Yeah, you. Come over here. I have something I want to say to you in private, just between you and me.
I know you’re worried about this Eclipse, and who can blame you? For many it will serve as the trigger for something big that has been ticking away for the last couple of years . Yes, I know, I keep saying things like “Eclipses bring surprises, and surprises are not always bad.” I still stand by that. But I’m not going to go around filling everyone’s ears with false hope either. That would almost be as bad as filling everyone’s ears with false doom.
You and I are human though, and when humans want to find a reason to worry about things, they will find it. We are a highly competent species that way. A Lunar Eclipse can be scary simply because simply because it’s also a Full Moon, and Full Moons can often play hell with people’s moods. This Full Moon is accompanied by Mars in Leo, which only makes one major aspect on Eclipse day: a square to Uranus. If you like it’s scary, we’ve got scary for you.
But that’s not what I wanted to talk to you about today. This is going to be rough for a lot of people . Disastrous, even. But, you and me? Something tells me we’re going to get through this with a minor scratch or dent at worst.
Ever notice what happens in a big disaster, like an explosion or something? You usually find the survivors and the uninjured scrambling to help those who took a worse hit than they did. I believe that’s the role you and I have to fill in the coming days and weeks. We will be the shoulders that others lean on. We’ll be the ones handing out the bandages. There’s something just a little bit glorious about that, isn’t there?
Now: let’s double check the safety equipment and assume the crash positions. We’re going to be needed.
