The Saturn-Pluto Report: April 29-May 5, 2019

(CLICK HERE for your introduction to the Saturn-Pluto conjunction, and why it is so important for many of us)

This week starts with Saturn turning retrograde. For many, this is when the Saturn-Pluto conjunction will really start to feel serious.

Mercury is in Aries, and it will spend almost the entire week square the Saturn-Pluto conjunction. This is a sure sign to avoid any arguments — even though others may try to start them with you. Think carefully about your communications, especially if you have the urge to blow up at anyone or anything that has been a source of difficulty in the last two years.

Venus, also in Aries, isn’t going to be terribly helpful either. It too is square the Saturn Pluto conjunction, but doesn’t make its presence felt until later in the week. Try to avoid throwing money at your problems.

Fortunately there is good news in all this. On Monday and Tuesday, Mercury and Venus are still within conjunction range of each other. A Mercury-Venus conjunction can make for excellent results when it comes to creativity and creative approaches to your problems. Don’t attempt anything drastic, but formulate a plan.

WORST IDEA OF THE WEEK: Expecting any kind of real advances with your love life or finances on Thursday May 2nd. The Moon will be in Aries, which is an impulsive placement to start with. It spends the first part of the day (Eastern time) conjunct Venus and the second part of the day conjunct Mercury… and spends the entire day square the Saturn-Pluto conjunction. Hello, moody and irritable!
