With Neptune on the Imum Coeli, the roots of who you are, where you come from, and authority from a young age or previous abodes starts to be released. It is on this angle that Neptune is most manageable as your external life is more in hand while internal beliefs forced upon you are slowly dissolved. Inner work can be done while life is ongoing. It is on this angle that you can slowly unlearn previous conditioning from authority figures, be they your parents, societal policing, school, strict religion, or any other authority that has set parameters and restrictions on your true self. 

Community life with Neptune on this angle is the best circumstance provided it’s a full spectrum variety that can all play roles, for your role on this line is to live in the present. Under Neptune, the future is difficult to plan and the past can rapidly grow more distant from memory. Communal living such as in a monastery where there is semblance of security can work well here.

For a temporary visit, this line is excellent for introspective transformations through the aid of meditation, astral travel, plant medicine, direct prayer to Source, drum circles, or spiritual music. 

Purchasing a home on this line is not recommended as it may be plagued with cracks in the foundation, floods, mold, pests, moisture, plumbing issues, water supply, poison, and real estate depreciation. Neptune has the tendency to turn solid ground into sand, hence you may not notice until considerable damage has occurred. 

East of the line is best, as it places Neptune in a candent house. West of the line puts line in an angular house.
