MOOD ALERT: Full Moon In Taurus

There is a Full Moon in Taurus on Wednesday at 12:45 p.m. Eastern (but its influence extends 12 hours before and afterwards). Even if you weren’t into astrology, you would have probably heard by now that things can go haywire with your emotions during a Full Moon. This particular Full Moon is wired for a lot of fun and adventure, or a lot of disruption — depending on what you’re looking for, how you work with it, and how much you really enjoy chaos.

This Full Moon is conjunct Uranus. That right there tells us that the chances of emotional instability arising is much greater than average. But on top of that, the Sun is conjunct Venus and is this opposite Uranus (a Full Moon is always Sun opposite Moon). This implies that it will be an erratic day for things that are ruled by Venus — most notably romance and finance.

Perhaps most of all, all of this is happening square the Moon’s Nodes. The Nodes represent points of karmic attachment, whether to individual people or to emotional situations.

When you put all this together, it sounds like it could be a pretty bad day for your closest relationships, doesn’t it? Don’t panic. First of all, if there is an emotional or financial entanglement that you want to break free of, this could be an excellent day to do so. and if everything is fine in those Departments of your life, just keep in mind that nothing ever exploded just because of a Full Moon, and that if it’s something you want back in your life or want to restabilize, you can probably pull it off.

That might require a bit of work though. Whether the results you experience from this Full Moon are good or bad, there is a better than average chance of those results becoming permanent because of this Moon. The Moon and Uranus are trine Saturn in Capricorn, and that implies that although Full Moons are naturally kind of unstable, you could get surprisingly lasting results out of this day.

Worst case scenario: hide under your bed for the day. You can’t change the transits but you can always change your actions, and if there is an already unstable situation in your love life or your money life that you don’t want to mess with, keeping yourself out of harm’s way is probably your best bet.
